Dear Friends and Supporters,

As we embark on another exciting academic year, we are delighted to share the incredible work happening at the Vallarta School for Girls.

Currently, we are proud to serve 40 bright and motivated students, each with the potential to make a meaningful impact in the world. Every day, our students inspire us with their passion for learning, and we are committed to giving them the best educational experience possible.

As a nonprofit, all of our operational funds come from the generosity of our donors and the success of our fundraising efforts. Your support makes it possible for us to continue providing high-quality education and unique opportunities to girls who need it most.

The girls at Spiral Hair Salon

A Heartfelt Thank You to Spiral Hair Studio

We’d like to express our deepest gratitude to Leslie and the team at Spiral Hair Studio for providing free back-to-school haircuts for our students! Your generosity has given these girls a wonderful confidence boost as they start the school year. We encourage our community to support Spiral Hair Studio as a thank you for their amazing contribution. Leslie’s studio is located in Hamburgo 148 CVersalles, Puerto Vallarta.

Kika, our art teacher

Welcome to Our Talented Volunteer Teachers

Besides our excellent full-time teachers, our school is also very fortunate to have a team of dedicated volunteer teachers who generously give their time and expertise to enrich our students' learning experience. This year, we are thrilled to welcome back:

  • Kimila, who leads our health classes

  • Kika, sharing her artistic talents in art education

  • Ashley, guiding students in photography

  • Stolie, returning with her dynamic music program

We are also excited to introduce Gloria Fiona to our team, who will join us as a second music teacher, bringing more opportunities for the girls to explore their musical talents.

In addition, we are launching a special 8-week photography program led by the talented Ashley Werter and funded by the incredibly generous Deborah Cole. Starting in October, this program will explore powerful themes such as womanhood, self-identity, and the struggles women face. The girls’ photography will be showcased in an exhibit at the end of the program—stay tuned for more details!
